Please be informed that The Philippine Stock Exchange has approved the application of Megawide Construction Corporation (“MWIDE” or the “Company”) for the follow-on offering of up to 30,000,000 Series 7 Preferred Shares to be issued in up to two (2) subseries, Series 7A (MWP7A) and Series 7B (MWP7B) (the “Offer Shares). Details of the offering are as follows:

Offer Period:	October 30, 2025 – November 10, 2025
Offer Price:	Php 100.00
Dividend Rates:	Series 7A – MWP7A – 7.3131% per annum Series 7B – MWP7B – 7.7007% per annum
Internal Offer Period:	October 30, 2025 – November 04, 2025 at 12nn
Tentative Listing Date:	November 19, 2025
Subscription:	Minimum of 500 offer shares and in multiples of 10 firm shares

To subscribe, kindly follow the steps below.

3. Click Next

4. Fill-out Subscription Form including the number of shares to avail.

5. Tick “I confirm with the above details of subscription.”

7. After clicking “Next”, you will be redirected to a screen confirming your subscribed shares
